This innovative feature is designed to motivate learners by offering flexible rewards, regardless of their Arcades™ level. Unlike current prizes and achievements within Arcades™, Awards provide authors with the power to decide what the trigger is, such as pass percentage or activity completion, making it easier to customize each training program.
Setting up Awards for your learners is simple and can be done in just 5 easy steps:
- Create an Award: Choose the name, description, tags, status, and image of the Award.
- Add the Reward Type: Options include Arcades XP points or a URL for links to real-world gifts, custom badges and stickers, and access to other games, activities, and relevant materials such as PDFs and more.
- Set the Win Condition: Unlike the current Prizes system, the win condition can be a specific passing rate for the activity, including completion, pass percentage, and more coming soon.
- Include Necessary Restrictions: Define how many awards can be won and any limitations on the number of winners.
- Publish Your Award: Once published, track your learners' progress, including any failed attempts, as they strive to earn the Award!
