Automatically Provide Learners Access to All Content

Provide learners access to all content by automatically assigning every module, channel, and learner to the “All” learner group.

Simplify Enrollment with the “All” Learner Group

The Content Availability setting of the Rockstar Learning Platform automatically provides learners with access to all channels and modules in the platform. It does so by automatically activating the “All” learner group and assigning it to any learners, modules, and channels added to the platform. This means that admins can automatically enroll all learners in any channel, course, or module without assigning them to additional learner groups.

Fine-tune Content Access by Selectively Removing the “All” Learner Group

If administrators want to restrict access to content, they can manually remove the “All” learner group from specific learners, channels, and modules.

For more information on the “All” learner group and the Content Availability setting, visit Make Content Available to All Users with the “All” Learner Group.
