Expanding on the previously added required System Review Text Analysis Gate, part of Intelligent Journeys, prohibited keywords allow mentors to assign specific keywords that should not be mentioned in a learner's pitch, preventing the learner from progressing. This will encourage developing a habit of eliminating specific phrases.
The AI text analysis feature allows learners to redo the recording if they use any prohibited keywords assigned. This feature is perfect for sensitive matters, including sales, customer, and compliance training.
When learners can independently practice and see both the target required and prohibited keywords, mentor’s time is spared.
